Last Updated: 11/20/25This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the Streako Terms of Service. It applies to your use of the Streako mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Andrew Johnson, the creator of Streako (“we,” “our,” “us”).By using Streako or participating in the beta, you agree to follow this AUP. Violations may result in warnings, restricted access, or removal from the beta.1. General Expectations
Streako is a fitness and wellness accountability platform built around positivity, encouragement, and healthy habits. All users are expected to act respectfully and responsibly while using the Service.2. Prohibited Behavior
You may not use Streako to engage in any of the following:a. Illegal or Harmful Activities
- Breaking any applicable laws or regulations.
- Promoting self-harm, disordered eating, unsafe fitness practices, or dangerous activities.
- Engaging in harassment, bullying, threats, or abusive behavior.
- Posting content that is hateful, discriminatory, violent, or otherwise inappropriate.
b. Misuse of the Platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, damage, or interfere with the functionality of the Service.
- Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful software.
- Trying to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
- Using bots or automated tools to manipulate streaks, challenges, leaderboards, or activity logs.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or otherwise access the Service’s source code.
c. Misrepresentation and Fraud
- Impersonating another person or representing yourself in a false or misleading way.
- Providing fraudulent or intentionally inaccurate workout logs, activity data, or information.
- Using Streako for unsolicited advertising, spam, or commercial promotion without permission.
d. Inappropriate Content
You may not upload, post, or send content that includes:
- Nudity, sexual material, or explicit content.
- Graphic violence or harmful imagery.
- Personal information about others without their consent.
- Copyrighted material you do not have rights to use.
e. Abuse of Virtual Items
Streako includes virtual goods (AI coaches, badges, streak icons, avatars). You may not:
- Attempt to trade, sell, or transfer virtual items outside the Service.
- Exploit bugs or loopholes to gain virtual items unfairly.
- Manipulate the system to obtain coaches, badges, or rewards dishonestly.
3. Marketplace Rules (If Enabled During Beta)
If marketplace features are included during your beta access, you agree not to:
- Sell or promote illegal, fraudulent, or unsafe products.
- Provide misleading descriptions of products or services.
- Circumvent payment systems or attempt unauthorized transactions.
4. Responsibility for User Content
You are fully responsible for all content you upload or share in Streako.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates this AUP or is otherwise inappropriate for a fitness and wellness community.
5. Reporting Violations
If you notice content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it by contacting:report@streako.com
We rely on feedback during beta to improve moderation tools and community safety.
6. Enforcement
We may take any of the following actions if this AUP is violated:
- Remove offending content.
- Issue warnings or temporary suspensions.
- Terminate your access to the beta.
- Restrict future participation in Streako releases.
- In serious cases, cooperate with law enforcement.
We may take these actions without liability or obligation to provide compensation, refunds, or continued access to any data, streaks, or virtual items.
7. Changes to This AUP
We may update this AUP at any time.
If updates are significant, we will notify beta users through the app or email.Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated version.
