Before I start, I just want to say thank you.

For whatever reason, you’ve found yourself here, on this page, reading about this little dream of mine. You’re giving me your time, and that’s the most valuable resource on this earth. It means more to me than you might realize.

Speaking of time, the Streako story started a long time ago, long before it ever had a name. It began as a simple idea between two friends who wanted to stay accountable to their fitness goals. We had the desire, but our biggest enemies were consistency and motivation. The daily follow through was hard when its just you holding yourself accountable. So we made a deal. We promised each other that we would workout at least 4 times per week. We could run, go to the gym, play a sport, etc. It just had to be 4 individual workouts. Whenever we finished one, we had to text the other person a recap and a quick pic for proof. If one of us missed the goal, we had to pay the other person $5.00. It was the first time I mixed fitness with social accountability and real stakes...and it worked.

What started as a friendly challenge quickly became a system that electrified our need to exercise. It wasn’t about the money, it was about commitment, connection, and momentum. That small spark grew into something bigger. The idea that maybe this little system between friends could help others too. Maybe it could take one of the hardest challenges in life, sticking with exercise habits, and make it fun.Streako is built on that same foundation. People pushing each other, celebrating progress, staying accountable, and putting a little social risk on the table.
