Streako (“Streako,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is operated by Andrew Johnson, the creator of the Service.

This Privacy Policy forms part of the Streako Terms of Service. It explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the Streako mobile app, website, or related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By participating in the beta or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not use your data for advertising during beta.

Other than the situations listed above, your information is not shared, sold, or disclosed.

4. Your Choices and Controls

You can:

• Edit or delete your profile information.
• Disconnect health/wearable integrations at any time.
• Disable notifications in your device settings.

If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data except where retention is required by law.

5. Beta-Specific Notices

Because this is a beta version:

• Data may be erased during updates or resets.
• Features may change or break.
• Some information may be used strictly for testing, debugging, and improving the Service.

We do not guarantee the storage, preservation, or continued availability of any data, logs, streaks, progress, or user content during beta testing.

Streako is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn a child under 13 has provided data, we will delete it.
